As we go through life, all kinds of overwhelming things happen to us, from huge events to small things. When those things happen parts of us fracture off and take on protective-and sometimes extreme- jobs. Often after we have reached adulthood these old patterns get in our way from living fully, having healthy relationships, and developing full maturity. It is possible to integrate those parts back into your wholeness, bringing relief from symptoms, exhaustion, and fear.

I specialize in helping adult women and men recapture a strong sense of Self through desensitizing distress held in the body, releasing deeply held burdens, and integrating unconscious forces impacting daily life and relationships. I have clinical experience in counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, interpersonal trauma, women’s issues, sexual abuse, religious trauma, medical trauma, loss, chronic-illness, LGBTQIA+ experiences, unresolved complicated grief, parenting issues, self-esteem, intergenerational trauma, and body image issues.

Clients tell me I have a reflective, perceptive, and empathic manner and establish deep rapport with clients quickly. I am grounded in a person-centered existential approach with the belief that all of us already hold the seeds of healing within, and given attunement, compassion, curiosity, and a non-judgmental stance we can all find an empowered path to healing.

Every step you take with me is a step towards empowerment.
